1. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance by SPCG INDIA LLP. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product descriptions or pricing, or payment issues.

1. Custom Orders

For custom corporate gifts, customers are required to provide all relevant information, including branding requirements, logos, and any special requests. Once the customization process begins, changes to the order may not be possible.

• Delivery times vary based on your location and product availability. SPCG INDIA LLP is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disasters.

1. Return, Replacement, and Refund Policy

We take great care in ensuring that every product meets high-quality standards before it reaches you. However, please review the following return and replacement policies:

• Damaged Products: If a product is received damaged, you must report it to us within 10 days of receiving the item. Upon verification of the damage, we will provide a replacement for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.
• No Returns or Refunds for Damaged Items: Returns or refunds are not applicable for damaged products. Only replacements will be issued for eligible damaged items.
• Non-Damaged Products: For non-customized products, we may accept returns under certain conditions. You must initiate the return process within 10 days of receipt, and the product must be in its original condition and packaging.
