1. How can I place a wholesale order with SPCG India LLP?
You can place a bulk order directly through our website or by contacting our team at hello@spcg.in. Select the items you wish to purchase in bulk, and we’ll handle the rest.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit cards, net banking, and UPI for all bulk orders.
3. How long does delivery take for bulk orders?
Delivery times vary based on the size of the order and your location. You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
4. Do you offer a replacement policy?
Yes, we offer Only if goods are received in broken condition then inform us within 24 hours. We will check for replacement and for any product not working, brand replacement and warranty applicable.
5. Can I cancel my order?
Orders cannot be cancelled after the PO has been received by us from You.
